Conditional Formatting in Scheduling View

Hello,

I am under Settings > Profiles > Project > Default Views > Item default detail views > Scheduling views.

From here, under the Cases section, when I edit the columns, I am adding a conditional formatting rule to only show records where the Item Type is = to Issue. When I do this, it still brings in Requests. I only want Issues to be listed here. What am I doing wrong? I've tried many combinations.. Even Item Type not equal to risks, requests.
