Save Content from "Overview" Field So "GetPreviousValue()" and Other Functions Can Be Used

We would like to store the content of the "Overview" field on Work Items so functions like GetPreviousValue() can be used. Since it is currently very easy for users to inadvertently delete the content from that field, it would be great if I could leverage that function to effectively act as a way to restore the previous content when that happens.

Also, today we have many WFRs in place that send emails that contain the previous value of a field and the new value of a field so people can keep track of changes. That's another potential use case for this.
