Hello everyone,
I want to build a Workflow that runs every time a project is being deleted from the system, and its purpose is to delete all gaps that are related to that deleted project.
I made a Workflow in a Project level that runs every time a record is delted, i have set a new action type as delete item.
now all thats left is to understand if i run it on current object or something else, and how do i make hime delete all the gaps

You can try this, but I think it won't work:
If it does not, you can do this by forcing users to delete via a custom action only. This is what the custom action should look like:
