Permissions to allow manager to edit user details

A manager can create a new user but is unable to edit the details such as Job Title, Contact details etc. What permissions are required for the Manager profile to be able to do this?

Hello!

The manager would need to have Admin permissions to make changes to those fields. If you do not want the manager to have Admin permissions, you can create a Custom Action that will update those fields.
