Upvote. Dependent picklists are a great feature, but they get very cumbersome with many values in the grid. Begin able to get / add / update values via the data loader would be much appreciated.

Ability to upload picklist dependencies for dependent picklists via Data Loader
Ability to upload picklist dependencies for dependent picklists via Data Loader. Currently, once new values are imported, you have to edit the Dependent picklist to specify values available for each controlling value. This is very cumbersome when there are hundreds of values.
