Introduction

One of the largest time savers with Clarizen is found when doing status reporting. Project managers need the ability to share status reports with key stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle and without Clarizen’s help, this can be a long process as you aggregate data from separate sources. These reports include but are limited to project financials, identified risks and overall health.

As with many things in Clarizen, there are a couple of best practices to choose from, from Clarizen’s Slide Publisher, which enables project managers to easily create status reports in Microsoft PowerPoint using the organization’s standard corporate branding and templates, to leveraging applications like our Project Highlight report to our out-of-the-box scheduled reports.
