Clarizen is tested on and supports the following web browser versions:

11* | This version will be officially unsupported after December 31st, 2020. This is a deprecated browser that is not recommended for use. Performance, stability, and security may be severely impacted. |

We should also note that IE 11 is not recommended as it is significantly slower and less secure than modern browsers. Even Microsoft is abandoning support and moving everyone towards their Edge browser.
