The 7.1 Enable Offline Project Calculation system property has been obsolete and is no longer available in System Settings.
If you have previously enabled the property, the functionality is still available to you. You can also access and turn off the property in System Settings.
Clarizen recommends turning off the property to improve system performance for projects.
