Financial Permissions for External Users

What's New

Financial Permissions can now be given to External users by your organization's Clarizen Administrators.

Previously, only internal users could have Financial Permission, which meant that project managers who are external contractors, or project resources from (external) customer organizations could not see or manage financial data.

Simplify data management when working with External users, such as contractor Project Managers or Customers and Partners with project access who can now view or edit financial data on specific projects, according to their permissions level or role, while protecting access to Job Titles, User and Customer data which remain inaccessible.

Administrators can use Profile Field Sets and Validation Rules to manage more granular, selective access to specific financial fields.
