With Meeting Notes, you can include and track the processes, decisions and required action items directly related to the entities in Clarizen One.
These entities include Work Items such as Programs and Projects, Portfolios, Cases, Customers, and Users/Resources.
Meeting Notes can provide a broader picture of what came before the entity, as well as track the new decisions and the ongoing progress of action items happening outside of the entity.
A Meeting Note can include multiple Decisions and Action Items.
Meeting Notes can also be created automatically when Zoom meetings are initiated from Work Items. The Meeting Notes will include all the meeting details, including the dates and times, location (meeting URL), list of participants, and links to the recording and transcript.
