Introduction

When unlinking a Work Item in iHub (in the Sync Registry), the Jira Sync Status field in Clarizen One gets updated to Unlinked.

Benefits

You can now use the Jira Sync Status field:

• to get clear indications for linked/unlinked Work Items
• use the field as a condition in configurations, such as workflows
