Access Data Within Report Through Clarizen API

I'm looking to access a Clarizen Report's data through the Clarizen API.
This forum already had a similar question five years ago:

Back then, the answer was no.
Has any functionality been added since then that would allow an API
call to return a Report's rows & columns?
Or do we still have to manually log in and export through the UI?
