Add ability to control the recurring task screen

Unlike other add dialog boxes in AdaptiveWork, such as the Insert Task dialog, you cannot control the options available in the Insert Recurring Task dialog.

The recurring task dialog does not allow you to assign a resource upon creation, so you have to each task that is created and assign the resource. There are other fields we would like to populate prior to creation, but that dialog cannot be modified through Profiles.

We are requesting that we have the ability to add fields to to that dialog through profiles like we can for other dialogs.
