Change WorkItem icon based on fields values

Hello,

I read several related topics on custimizations section, but so far no feature request was created, so I do it now.

I'd like to be able to change the icon on tasks or milestone based on a criteria (for instance, item set as reportable + a custom field defined).

Adding a mask upon the icon might be enough.

I believe if you create a separate field for that it could work (also using a workflow rule).

Hi Guy,

From what I saw, Workitem icon can only be modified manually. If you have an idea to update a Workitem icon using a workflow rule, could you describe your solution?
