Upper scroll bar for detailed pick-list

Looking for an upper-level horizontal scroll-bar to help with the ability to add and check release items under each product (Settings > Configure > Custom Fields) Use case - Built a large pick-list (300 items) of software release items, based on a dependency of another pick-list for 30-50 products
