I am trying to create a scheduled workflow for sending a dashboard to about 5 users in Clairzen every month. This could be a link or an export in PDF.
I don't see the possibility to send a dashboard, just a report. How can I do this?

You can go to the Dashboard itself and share it as a widget, which those users can bookmark and use to access the dashboard in real-time as needed.
You can also edit the Dashboard, go to the refresh scheduler, and choose to trigger an email to those 5 people every time the Dashboard is refreshed.

Thank you for the advise on this. Is there another option to pro-active send the dashboard to some users every month? Like what you do with the scheduled workflow. Otherwise I have to refresh the dashboard every month or send a widget in order that they receive the dashboard. This is something I would like to avoid.

That would be the second option that I provided. Edit the dashboard >> select Scheduled Refresh >> set refresh frequency and the mailing list. This is fully automated, you only need to set it up one time and it works similar to the scheduled workflow rules.
