How to show expanded roadmap view just after URL clicking

Now I'm creating custom reports for our management to indicate high level progress of the projects with enabling drill down into the details. So I plan to place the URL of the roadmap of the project. To make easy looking, I would like to show all sub projects within the project with defined view such as Baseline just after click the URL. 

Please let me know the way to realize my idea if you know.
