Ability to import new "Action Items" from excel Excel import to go to "Action Items" panel within specific project

Ability to import to do tasks in the "action items" panel of a specific project, which was previously created via the "Action Items and Quick Task Import" located here https://www.clarizen.com/apps/action-items-and-quick-task-import/.
The recent import exel enhancement allows to export "action items" , update offline and then import again. It works very well for updates, but if new action items are added, the import functionality does not recognize that the new action belongs to this specific project and it sends the new action to the Clarizen general tasks / to do list.
This enhancement is very important because it would allow us to add actions offline while in meetings or with customers and then just upload the "action items". We are trying to drive higher adoption with our project managers and having this enhancement would really help. In the past, we had issues trying to add new action items real time during customer calls, because sometimes CLarizen is slow or the updates do not show up. Therefore, the export / import enhancement was welcome when it was announced, we are just hoping it can work for new items.
Right now, workaround is to create "dummy actions" from the Project specific "Action items" panel / related items, and then when exporting to excel, use the dummy actions to update with new actions.
