Timesheet approvals is handled via system settings (13.10 and 13.11). Approvals are either routed to project managers, direct managers, or both.

Timesheet approval process
Is it possible build such a configuration where PM of project chooses the Approver of timesheet for submission? The goal is restrict the PM possibility to see his own submitted timesheets in approval panel.
