Scheduled Reporting for more than Admins

Being able to schedule a report should be something that more users than just an Admin can do in the system. We have alot of Team Leads and Managers that want to take advantage of this but cannot without Admin access. 

This puts an effort burden on our Admins to take the time to set these up as requested. 

I understand that Dashboards can be exported as needed, scheduled reports reduces the manual effort needed as well as having that report in your inbox without even having to access the system.
