Support for dynamic list for input values in custom action

Hi,

The capability to request for input values in a custom action is great. ESpecially considering that it supports all the different data types.

Nevertheless I found myself constrainted for certain action type not being able to dynamically build a pick list that would be used in the input form. The use of only statically defined pick list can be very limiting in certains scenarios.
