Check out the resource load screens - They allow you to see the allocation for all users, with allocation for each day shown either in hours or in %.

Time setting for employees
Hi, in our company we assign tasks to employees according to their availability which is calculated as 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) - is there a way to designate 40 working hours per week per employee, and view that number decrease if they are assigned a task?
On that end, how can we set a task to START mid-day?
