This might be possible with special configuration, but I am not 100% sure to be honest. I would recommend discussing with your PS Consultant or CSM.

Scheduling the PPR (Project Periodic Report)
Is it possible to get the PPR to be scheduled so that it is run and sent on a weekly basis to the Owner, Managers and Resources?
