Add ability to specify the order of grouping instead of only Ascending or Descending

It would be nice to be able to specify the order of the grouping instead of only Ascending or Descending. Currently they are grouped in the order Draft, Active, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled or vice versa.

I would like to be able to specify the order they pull on the report so I can show Active first, then Draft, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled.
