Improve reschedule message: reschedule to a non working day makes it a working day

Hello,

Currently in Clarizen, if a workitem is rescheduled to a non working day, we have this warning:

If the user chooses the second option, the non-working day become a working day (so, a user with a calendar exception on this day can have work on this day, even if he is not supposed to work).

Could you make the message more clear, with something like this for example:
