Due to a change in our organisation I want to move a user subgroup from one parent group to another parent group. How?

When viewing the user group details you should have a panel that contains the list of groups the user subgroup is a member of, add the new parent group and unlink (remove) the existing one. The user subgroup should now appear as a subgroup in the new parent.
If that doesn't make sense I'll do some screenshots etc.
I managed to create the subgroup under another parent group, but cannot find the Unlink or Remove function.
When you select the subgroup, do you see a "Member of" panel (this is what Phil mentioned)? You can expand this panel, select the group it should no longer be a part of, and select "Delete" (which is actually an unlink in this case).
I have more or less tried to use all kinds of buttons ... When I pressed "delete" this time I got an error - see picture
