Hello Clarizen community,
We have a scheduled workflow to send emails with report attached.
Even if there is no data pulled into report, empty sheet is being sent, and for some reason 9 times in a row.
Any idea why it sends the report 9 times and how to suppress sending reports with no data?

Moving to customization thread.
Can you post screenshots of the rule? Likely it is looping across every object (ex: you have 9 resources that meet the criteria, it will send the report to everyone 9 times). You likely just need to change how the report is run and and put in an exception to not run if the report has no results.

In the Evaluation Criteria section, you can enter criteria that will prevent the report from running. The exact criteria would depend on the report. We would need to see the bottom part of the rule and the report itself for figuring out why it is going out 9 times (please hide any confidential data or you can submit a support ticket if you want us to go into your account). Is everyone in the distro getting it 9 times?
