Do you also have Super User rights as well? Admins do not get Super User by default, it has to be set. Super User is the global permission that gives you full access to all work items.

Locked Timesheet Fields
I need to delete this entry, but the field is locked. The project is active and I have admin level access. So, I'm not sure why I can't delete the entries.
