FollowSpecify sender on Clarify outbound email
Hi,
We are sending outbound email to Customer contact on a project using a custom action. Unfortunately there is no way to specify the sender and the sender is always system@clarizen.com.
This creates a problem because our customers are definitely not expecting this as a sender name and therefore might be ignoring our emails.
We would like to have a way to specify the name associated to this adress, for example:
FirstName LASTNAME <system@clarizen.com>
