I think it would be handy in general to have these pop-up windows resizable. It is really annoying these small windows.

Ability to resize the "add predecessors" pop-up window
When adding a predecessor the pop up window is by default too small and not resizable.
You must use side scrolling to see your informations, especially if work items do have long names.
If the window was resizable, columns would become larger and selection of predecessors easier.

Instead of using the popup window, have you tried adding Predecessors as a column and typing in the name of the work item (there is even auto-complete)? The keyboard shortcuts can also be very handy for quickly making dependencies.
