When a project is in the "red" zone, resources are not receiving email notifications. The resources are all full users and all possible email notification options are checked. Am I missing something?

There are no default system notifications for a project going into a red status. Can you provide more information on the notification you expect? It is possible to create a workflow rule that will notify resources when a work item becomes red. It is an easy rule to build, but is not something out of the box.
Thanks for the response, Josh. I'd like that went a task is in the "red zone" or off track, not complete etc. that it would send an email to the resources that it's off track I think is what I'm looking to do. Clarizen is so complex! Haha.
I would recommend hopping on one of our Q&A webinars (webinars.clarizen.com) to learn how this is built out first hand. It is a very easy configuration to do, and you have a lot of control over what the email looks like and the fields that are included.
