Support JIRA Text Area (Wiki formatted) fields to Clarizen Rich Text fields

I'd like the ability to support Rich Text Fields in JIRA (formatted using a Wiki based syntax) when integrating with Clarizen Rich text fields.

When a rich text field in JIRA is Sync'd to Clarizen, I expect that similar formatting would be present in the corresponding Clarizen field. 

Similarly, if a Rich Text Clarizen field was Sync'd to JIRA, there should be similar support for this use case.
