Team view should display users Display Name rather than a string of First and Last

Our users set their Display Name to their preferred name. However on the Team Views (tested with timesheets), the First Name and Last Name are used to make up their name.

It would be preferred that the system uses the Display Name system wide wherever it is referring to a user (or at least keep it consistent throughout! User reference fields also use the Display name)
