Anat, thanks so much for creating the feature request based on my support ticket.
Here's an example use case for why I think Super Users should be able to edit the Owners of Expense Sheets:
- User A is the Owner of an Expense Sheet; she is NOT a super user and can only edit her own projects
- User A is unexpectedly no longer working for the company
- User B is a peer of User A; he is NOT a super user and can only edit his own projects
- User B is now taking over User A's projects
- User B now needs to become the Owner of that Expense Sheet in order to have the ability to add Expenses at will
In the above use case, a Super User must intervene to create new Expenses on that Expense Sheet every time that is needed versus simply changing ownership from User A to User B once (which would allow User B to create new Expenses as needed).
Also, while this is probably a different ask, something else to consider:
If a Super User doesn't have access to perform any action in Clarizen, I'd argue that perhaps "super user" is the wrong term for these permissions (maybe "Super Manager" is a better term?). In technology parlance, super user generally refers to someone who has FULL administrative controls over the system (even ones that can be destructive if wielded improperly) -- see more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superuser. This is semantics, I know, but it's a little bit confusing when I hit upon limitations like this one where I can't change the Owner despite having the most robust permissions available.
