Save and Enable?

Here is a small request that would save a lot of time AND simplify creating new custom actions, workflow or validations.

In addition to the Save  button or save as, If we had a 'Save and Enable' we would not have go back and enable it.

Several of us often forget to enable when we test it and then have to go back after the fact to enable it.
