Gantt UI improvement

At the moment it is only possible to see the whole Gantt chart by repeatedly clicking on the scroll-bar arrow (when zoomed in enough). This is bad UX. Please improve the UI to allow for seeing the whole Gantt chart by using the scroll-bar only. For future reference please use CR-414660.
