Color Coded Resources (Inactive on Task, Suspended in System, etc)

It would be extremely helpful if assigned resources on Work Items were color coded to inform basic information.  My primary issues arrive from clutter (and confusion) over inactive resources as well as old employees commingled on active Projects/Tasks.

In our use case, deleting these resource assignments is not suitable due to the important of historical time/effort tracking.  In the below example, several accounts are inactive and displaying their name in Red text would clearly identify a non-normal status.  Likewise, a disabled user may be a light gray color.

From the a project Work Plan, the best method to confirm/review an active resource is to click into the specific Work Item and expand the Resources window.
