You may want to open a support ticket so that we can investigate. If the projects are 100% complete, she should not be receive progress update emails regarding them. It could be that the email was sent before it was complete or that someone is manually sending progress emails from that project.
Time to update your Progress emails
Hi .. We have a user who is consistently getting "Time to Update your Progress" emails for projects where she has already completed the projects to 100%. Additionally, these projects have passed and we have archived them.
How can we stop these emails from being sent?
