FollowSupport for email delivery errors returns
Hi,
That particular feature is in my opinion a significant lack in your wonderful product. We are managing with Clarizen about 100-200 concurrents projects and have automated a lot of tasks using the product customization capabilities.
Some of these automations include sending planning reminder to customers on upcoming deployment project. Not being able to receive notification on outbound email errors create a lot of adminsitrative overhead and sometimes mistakes.
