You can do that today using a workflow rule. It might be a little bit tricky though, so I would discuss it with your PS Consultant or CSM.

Will there be a chance to add a auto-calculate setting: auto-filling the Actual End Date of the parent task with the Actual End Date of the final sub-task ?
