Just one clarification: a scheduled workflow will run on projects older than 8 weeks, but not projects that have not been touched at all for more than 8 weeks.

Feature Request: Scheduled Workflow Time Range
I would like to be able to put a date range in for a scheduled workflow- so we can run it on projects older than 8 weeks. That way it won't overload the server but we could still run the job on everything.
