FTE in a month based on fixed # of working days?

I want to see the FTE for all my resources in a project per months.

Unfortunately, it seems that even though the number of person days are correct the FTE seems to assume that a month has 20 working days and subsequently gives me a wrong FTE.

I found the setting in the calendars where I can adjust the number of working days per month, but this will obviously be different for different months... is there a setting I'm missing that the FTE checks how many working days there were actually in a month?

Unfortunately this would have to be a feature request or a customization.
