Outbound Call Log

Hi Clarizen,

By referring to the Support Request #37868, our Clarizen site had encountered problem of Outbound Call service down, no Outbound Call was sent out from our Clarizen site to our internal system during service down time.

As there is not triggered Outbound Call Log in current Clarizen, we are not able to identify missed data integration directly and therefore we were needed to compare all data between Clarizen and our Internal System which consumed much of our time.

In this case, it is expected to have platform or tool in Clarizen for monitoring triggered Outbound Call and related Outbound Call content.

Please kindly help to arrange as per discussed in Support Request (#37868)
