They should reflect over-rides, not sure exactly when they were introduced.

"Billing Rate per hour used in this item" field in Timesheet entity
When did the Timesheet entity fields "Billing Rate per hour used in this item" and "Cost Rate per hour used in this item" first appear in Clarizen, and do they reflect the overridden cost/billing values as per the hierarchy of overrides (discussed here: http://usermanual.clarizen.com/setting-up-project-specific-rates-prices)?

Thanks Josh. I did some tests and confirmed that too. I was also hoping that once populated, those fields would never change, but that wasn't the case in my tests. Is it possible to prevent future cost/billing rate changes (anywhere in the hierarchy) from updating those fields once populated?
