I'm building a report and trying to show a highlight of something like % of tasks that are duration > 50 days (out of all the task). I don't seem to be able to get the duration part and I couldn't find a way to get the percentage.

Not sure if that's even possible - the highlight section is rather limited. You can however create a count of all tasks that their duration > 50 days. And then create another highligh of number of total tasks, so at least you'll get an idea of what's going on with your projects.
You would have to calculate this in a separate field ($C_CountTasksOver50dDuration) and then reference that field in the highlight section. Many calculations have to happen outside of the Highlight, but you should be able to reference any field.
Understood but that's not a scalable solution. What if I want the flexibility of any duration? Or a variety of fields? Worth entering a cr for more percentage capabilities on highlights (which is a clear use case of highlights... a lot more important to know that 10% of my tasks fill some criteria rather than some number without context.
