You would need to create a custom action to begin tackling that - but I don't believe there's a function that only refers to the month (but only the full date). Perhaps Clarizen know more about this.

FollowChange Toggle Field When In a Certain Month
Is there a way to set a Toggle field to "True" upon entering a certain month?
Use case: we create Projects that have three consecutive months of Setup Milestones. After the third month, there are Scheduled Workflow Rules that need to start firing that create management Milestones each month. We do not want those SWFRs to become active until we have entered that third month of setup.
Example: If I create a new Project today, there will be setup Milestones in April, May, and June. The SWFR to create the July management tasks should fire in June, but not before then. If there was a formula I could use that checks to see if the current month equals the month of the Start Date of the third setup month (June in this example), I could then create a SWFR that runs every month. So if it ran on April 15th, I'd want it to look at the Milestone called "Setup Month 3," see that the Start Date month for that is June, and NOT change the toggle to True. But when it runs on June 15th, it should set it to True.
In simple terms, I'm wondering if there's a function that compares the current month to the Start Date month of a Milestone.
Thank you!

I did build a SWFR for this, and I think I have all of it in place and tested, except for the piece that compares the current month to the Start Date month of the Milestone. Hopefully, I will hear from someone at Clarizen. Thanks for the reply.
This should really go through Professional Services as it is an atypical use case and an understanding of your account and full use case would be ideal.
It's already with PS, but my PS rep is out until Tuesday and I'm under some very tight deadlines. I just thought I'd ask the simple question of whether or not a function like this exists. If it does, I can likely figure the rest out. Thanks.
There is no specific function for this, but it should be possible with a creative series of workflow rules.
