Support formatted Notes output in Clarizen Report

I am trying to display <Notes>.comment field in a report. The original comment in the project is formatted (say bold and carriage return) because the "Notes" has the Rich Text Box. However, the output in report is a plain text. The feature request is to support formatted Notes output in Clarizen Report. For future reference, the feature request ID is CR-407658.
