Financial View Fees Not Copying From Template

Our project managers want the Financial View Fees to copy over from a template and all that is being copied over is the title of the Non-Labor Resource.

I imagine it is by design- but, their fees are usually the same. Is there a way to have them copy as well?

Those are not part of templates right now, this would have to be a new feature request.
