Community SPAM

Hi everyone. We deeply apologize for the barrage of SPAM messages yesterday. We are still investigating the issue, but think this may have been caused by a temporary lapse in Zendesk's SPAM filters. Unfortunately, every time we blocked a fraudulent user a new one would appear. The temporary solution was to turn on moderation for every single incoming post to the community.


It looks like the SPAM has stopped so we have turned off content moderation, meaning your posts will appear instantly again. We will keep a close eye on new posts and will re-enable moderation if the issue happens again.
