You have to use the template Name, not Id.
This is indeed uncommon for the Clarizen API which usually uses External Id for the identifier.

Trouble specifying the Template Name when using CreateFromTemplate
We're using the API method CreateFromTemplate. We keep getting an error that says 'Template TM-2664 could not be found.' We verified that the Template exists, and works fine via a Custom Action.
Is there a specific security parm we need to trigger to allow a API CreateFromTemplate to find the actual template? (The ID is confirmed with Admin rights.)
